Printing Booklets

Adobe Acrobat Reader for Windows or Mac has a booklet printing feature. It is REQUIRED to print the 5.5 x 8.5 inch booklets that are convenient for prayer groups.

Booklet printing with a duplex printer

• File > Print > Page Sizing & Handling: Booklet
• File > Print > Booklet subset: Both sides
• File > Print > Orientation: Portrait
• File > Print > Printer Properties: Print on Both Sides, Preserve Layout, Flip Pages Up, Booklet Layout: Off, Pages per sheet: 1

Booklet printing with a one-side-of-paper printer

• File > Print > Page Sizing & Handling: Booklet
• File > Print > Booklet subset: Front side only
• See Orientation and Printer Properties above
• Load printed front-side pages into printer input tray (maybe face down, reverse order)
• File > Print > Booklet subset: Back side only

Oversized text printing (non-booklet)

• File > Print > Page Scaling: Fit to Printable Area
